Work on VISTAR, our AI platform. Help build test program generation, LLM and retrieval pipelines, and agentic workflows that solve real test problems.
Own new product introduction on ATE: test program development, bring-up, characterization, and production release, with a sharp eye on yield and test cost.
Drive DFT architecture and implementation: ATPG, scan, MBIST, and JTAG, through coverage closure and silicon bring-up.
Verify digital blocks and SoCs: build testbenches, drive coverage, and take designs to closure in SystemVerilog and UVM.
